Been a while since i last updated , too busy every day seems packed with various straining activites. One of the biggest event that just took place was the annual track meet , kinda disapointing on the whole hardly anybody went down to support unlike pervious year maybe cause it was just too far. During the nationals period kind of got closer to a few graduated seniors , went to play pool with them watch movies etc. Practically ran out of movies to watch haha.

O well at least the thrower's dinner was a blast , pity the guy at soul garden we practically shifted 3 or 4 times before we got to sit together as a team. This time our thrower's c div did well in all 3 events they attained points , as for the b div ZERO points :( . During the dinner got closer to a few of the juniors and gained some of their respect too as a senior , kind off talking alot to cheng sheng now a days haha . We were the first to reach the place but one of the last few to leave , goodness we ate till there was no tommorow till the point i was so bloated i had to go relieve myself in the toilet ! I shall upload some photos later comp kind of lag now

wow I am totally shocked at my distance i throw today I am shocked of how much it sucks , o well the update for monday was i qualify but i screwed up the finals big time the 8th qualifer was only a lousy 10.50m o my . Don't know what i am doing sprain my finger in the process of todays comp hurts abit :(

Geeze eyes hurting cause of the contact lens, finally got a pair of contact lens. The optician was kind off piss off with me while he was teaching he how to put it on and take it off , cause i could put it on with ease but couldnt take it out LOL. Guessed he was pissed off cause his shop had lots of customers which he needed to attend to but couldnt cause he needs to teach a retard like me on how to wear on contact lenes.

Finally got a wireless router whoo , now easier to move about with the laptop around at home YIPPEEEE.

The past few days the only thing on my mind was for my upcoming nationals , seeing this batch of enthuastic juniors i feel sorry for them they put in 101% for training but there is nobody to guide them except for their seniors , throwers standard is dropping but our team spirit is getting stronger sad yea :( . Everytime when I am just daydreaming I keep imagining myself in that small little circle I would be enclose in , and how I would throw and most of the time it is a prefect throw , prefect release , prefect height , EVERYTHING prefect . How nice if everything would be prefect on MOnday and Thursday. Monday is only qualifying I am not worrying too much about that but honestly for this year I set high aims for myself altought due to certain reasons I couldn't attend training,but neverthless I believe i can do it +)). Just yesterday watching weirui javelin get top 3 really inspired me , after 4 years of vs graduting with a average of fifth postion every year, finally in his first year of JC he attained a third placing. Jerold is doing quite well for shotput to throwing 11.5m should be able to get into top 8 .

Aish enough of this shit some people reading this might not be happy YES I AM REFERING TO U but what i wanna say is this team needs somebody to guide and coach them :)

finally got over that diffcult phase of time decided to move on there are always bumps on the course just have to get over it =) blah don't know what bullshit I am talking. Anyway maple story is fun hehe
